Veon - Global strategy & creative direction / brand experience design​​​​​​​
Veon is a digital global marketplace platform which connects consumers to merchants; targeting 250m mobile subscribers across 12 emerging markets.

My role was one of many guises; overseeing creative development, leading a small dedicated crew, I was central to the Partnerships and Content team, providing strategic Brand Experience and Creative Direction to each of the four divisions there-within.

Accomplishments of note
- Developed the pivotal strategic change in the user proposition - Chat With Your City
- Continually delivered product innovation designs aimed at deepening user engagement; including content carousel feed, contextual internet chat, bespoke partner channel UIs
- Conceived, designed and delivered Veon for Business user portal
- Managed and art directed 30+ photoshoots for businesses in foreign markets
- Developed editorial strategy & tone of voice guidelines
- Conceived new and exciting formats for snackable, shareable content, and inspired creative excellence on delivery
